Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you full command over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new email box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward e-mails from one email box account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
